From Marketing to Real Estate Entrepreneur
Kimberly Grant, a Rutgers University graduate and former scholarship athlete, transitioned from a successful career as a Marketing Executive in the pharmaceutical and technology industries to pursue her entrepreneurial passion in real estate. Her expertise in project management and marketing strategies helped her build a strong foundation for her future business ventures.
Designing Success
With over 18 years of experience in design and construction, Kimberly founded Triadic. As a licensed General Contractor (#13VH11850500), Real Estate Agent, Licensed Cosmetologist, and Certified Interior Designer, she specializes in both residential and commercial properties. Since 2015, Kimberly has successfully managed multifamily investments, overseeing everything from research and financing to acquisitions and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Entrepreneurial Expertise
Before launching our company, Kimberly was the owner of Cheeks Boutique, a high-end interior design and clothing company. Kimberly also has extensive experience in the health and Beauty Industry where was the Founder and Creator of Diamond Cuts Salon and Nail Spa. Her experience managing both commercial and residential properties, along with her expertise in hiring and leading construction teams, has equipped her to deliver impactful design and construction solutions across multiple markets.
